BPSC or Bangladesh Public Service Commission has announced the circular earlier. Now the BCS Examination has started. BPSC has the main website- bpsc.teletalk.com.bd. All the activities for the BCS recruitment are done through this portal. The online application, admit card, applicant copy and also the seat plan is published via this website.
BCS process completes with three major phases- Preliminary Exam, Written Exam and then Viva Exam. For your kind information, all the candidates have to participate in the MCQ exam first. Candidates who will pass this exam will go for the written exam. Well, only the candidates who will be successful in both MCQ and written exam will take part in the viva exam. Then the successful candidates in the viva exam will be referred as BCS Cadres.
BCS Circular

- The next step is to select the Cadre choice. This is very important. You should prepare the cadre choice before you start online application.
- Further, please upload your photo and signature. Also you have to enter your valid phone number
- Lastly, preview the application and then submit
Note: Make sure all the information are correct and there is no mistake. If you see any mistake in the application then you can apply again before completing the payment.
Payment Status Check
Well, it is important for you to check your BCS Application Payment Status. Think, you have completed all the process step by step but your payment is not done due to any problem. This will be disgusting. You can check the payment status via bpsc.teletalk.com.bd portal. If your payment is not completed then your BCS Application will not be accepted. So, after you have made the payment you must check if the payment has been accepted.
To check your Payment Status-
- At first, go to the bpsc.teletalk.com.bd portal
- There, you will find the option ‘Payment Status’. Click on it.
- Then, you have to enter your User ID
- Enter your User ID and submit
Note: You will find your User ID in the online application form. If your payment is completed, then you will receive a SMS. That SMS will contain the User ID and Password.
Admit Card Download
As an exam candidate, you must download your BCS Admit Card. It is because, you will not be allowed in the exam hall if you dont bring the admit card. So, you must collect the BCS Examination Admit Card and get print copy. From the official website bpsc.teletalk.com.bd website, you can easily download the admit card entering the User ID and Password.
To download the BCS Admit Card-
- You need to browse the main website- bpsc.teletalk.com.bd
- You will find the ‘Admit Card’ option there.
- Click on the Admit Card option and a new interface
- There you need to enter your User ID and Password in the empty boxes
- Submit it and you will get the admit card
Note: You will get the PDF file of the BCS Exam Admit Card. You need to get a print copy of the admit card. It is better to get more than one copy of the admit card and bring it in the exam hall.
User ID Recover
Well some candidate lost their User ID by any chance. But it is not a big deal. You can easily recover your User ID through the bpsc.teletalk.com.bd website. The recovery process is simple. You need to enter some of your personal information in purpose to recover the User ID.
Follow the User ID recovery process-
- Go to the bpsc.teletalk.com.bd
- Find the ‘Recover User ID’ option
- You will need to enter your Name, Father’s Name and the Phone Number
- After you’ve entered these information then you will get the User ID
Note: You must type your name and your father’s name as per as you have typed in the application form. Otherwise the recovery process will not work.
Password Recover
For your kind information, if you have lost the SMS on mobile phone that means you have lost the Password. It is very essential for you. No candidate can download the admit card without this password. So you must recover it if you have lost it. Follow the process to recover your Password.
- Go to the portal and there, you will click on the ‘Recover Password’ option
- You will need to enter the User ID and your Phone Number
- Then submit is and you will get the password
Note: You must type the same phone number which you have given at the application time. If you give another phone number then you will not be able to recover the password. You will get the password and you will use it to download your admit card from the portal.
Applicant’s Copy Download
Well, you need to download the BCS Application Copy. When you go for the viva exam, you will need to show the applicant’s copy along with other documents. You may wander how you can find the applicant’s copy. Dont worry, I am showing you the method that can be used to collect your BCS Applicants Copy from the online portal.
To download Applicants’ Copy-
- You will go to the official website of BPSC- bpsc.teletalk.com.bd
- There, you will find the option ‘Applicant Copy’
- You will click on it
- There, you will need to enter your User ID and Password in the empty boxes
- Enter your User ID and the Password
- Then submit to get your Applicant Copy
You will get the Applicant Copy in PDF format. All of your information including your photo will be shown in the applicant copy. You can also see the cadre choice there. You will get print copy of the applicant copy so that you can carry it.
Seat Plan
The BCS Seat Plan is very important for this BCS Examinations process. For your kind information, BPSC publishes separate seat plan for Preliminary Exam, Written Exam and the Viva Exam. So, you must know your exam center name to attend the exam.
